"Food That Delivers You" Food & Lifestyle Broadcast and Stills Campaign for FreshDirect

I am thrilled to kick-off 2023 with an absolutely beautiful food & lifestyle campaign that I directed and (still) photographed for FreshDirect, and which our production company INGREDIENT had the pleasure of producing.

This campaign blended gorgeous, taste-forward food footage with sound-rich, slice-of-life lifestyle moments of people cooking a variety of recipes in their home kitchens and sharing meals with family and friends made with the freshest ingredients sourced by FreshDirect.

We created 2 broadcast spots and 15 still images that put the viewer on the cutting board, at the dinner table, and ultimately into the lives of our characters.

Our approach explored New York's salad bowl of cultures from the perspective of what everyone was making with their FreshDirect delivery that day. From a son serving his mom her favorite Japanese stew to a couple making a spaghetti meal together with their family.

We brought this production to life with a 2-day shoot that included one pre-light, one studio day and one location day. For every scene, I shot still photos in tandem with my DP. Our food, prop, wardrobe, HMU, camera, and production teams were incredible. And our cast of talent was absolutely wonderful.

This was truly a dream project for me as a director and for INGREDIENT as a production team.
