State Farm: "Oddly Satisfying" Digital Campaign. A COVID Production.
Translating the #OddlySatisfying video Trend Into :15 Spots Using High Speed Capture (Slow-Motion) and Hyperlapse
Serving as Director and DP, I had the pleasure of working with the creative teams at The Marketing Arm and State Farm to translate the hot #oddlysatisfying video trend into State Farm’s recently released “Oddly Satisfying” Social and Digital campaign.
With the help of an incredible crew, we created a State Farm branded world of highly saturated color, sound-rich minimalist design and high precision slow-motion camera speeds of up to 1,000 frames per second -- all packaged with messaging tying back to State Farm’s surprisingly great rates.
This series of five :15 spots blend high-precision rigging with tabletop expertise. We flexed a lot of skill to make these moments look effortless. You'll find them engaging, and trust me, they were even more fun to make!
