First Kiss

Some love stories take longer to unfold than others. But true love remains unforgettable... and, it's never too late for a first kiss.

Ampelos Cellars believes wine is at the heart of life's milestones.

This motion + still project is the story of two people who have known each other forever, but only recently realized that it was love. The personal project was an opportunity for me to explore a narrative where food is the companion and not the hero. I enjoyed pulling together the cast and crew, working with writers and voice over artists and scouting just the right location. 

We shot this over the summer in Santa Ynez, CA. It was magical. The spot (above) was edited by my team! Food and prop styling by Valerie Aikman-Smith and Gena Sigala. Production expertise by Hi-I'm Roger.
