Stone Crab with Zesty-Orange Horseradish Sauce
In season from October 15 - May 15, stone crab claws are a local favorite in the lower Gulf waters of Florida, Texas, and Mexico, where they are only harvested for the claws, which regenerate after the crabs are released back into the water. Story by Coastal Living.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds medium stone crab claws
How to Make It
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with crab claws.
