Mediterranean Summer

Summer

Table

Some images begin with a recipe.

Others begin with a feeling.

For this series, I wanted to capture the atmosphere of a Mediterranean summer lunch—the kind that starts in the afternoon and lingers long after the plates are empty.

Seafood paella. Fresh-picked citrus. Olive branches catching the light. Chilled wine. Soft blues. Linen. The warmth of gathering around a table.

Every element was created inside Ingredient Studios using our kitchen, our tabletop prop collection, and our library of surfaces. That's one of the things I love most about working here—we can build an entire world without leaving the studio.

As a food director and photographer, I'm always chasing images that feel immersive, transportive, and alive. Not just beautiful food, but photographs that invite you to imagine the conversation, the laughter, and the meal that's unfolding just beyond the frame.

If you're developing a campaign that calls for food imagery with a strong sense of place and atmosphere, I'd love to talk.

What stays with me most from shoots like this isn’t just the final image. It’s the feeling we’re chasing while we build it.

Captured in studio using our very own kitchen, tabletop prop collection, and surfaces all under one roof.

Thank you to the incredible Marah and Amy for bringing this vision to life alongside me.
